First, you should know that there is such a thing as food that causes heartburn to be worse. Try to avoid these as much as possible. Also, there are other lifestyle changes you can make as well that can help you to prevent heartburn.

Sometimes pregnancy heartburn can’t be prevented, but it’s important to try these tips for preventing heartburn so you can have the healthiest pregnancy possible.

If these tips to not relieve the heartburn, you may need to take medication. There are many different types, and it is important to know which heartburn medications are safe for you and baby.

For some, it may seem that pregnancy and heartburn are synonymous, because heartburn is so common. Remember that it will most likely pass after the baby arrives, and it is for a good cause.
